December Activities

Our ladies have been very active the last couple of months, and December was no exception. It started with the annual setting up and decorating of a patriotic themed Christmas tree for our local Veteran’s clinic. As always, the ladies made sure the tree looked spectacular and that we put out a poster letting our veterans know how much we appreciate them.

One of our other annual activities that we love to partake in is that we supply Darby’s Warriors with snacks for their duck hunts. It’s a wonderful time to get to know some soldiers on a personal level. Here we have Rebecca Van Patten Smith and Regent Irene Gray with some of the soldiers they met during one of these deliveries.

Remembering Pearl Harbor

We hope that you were able to take a few minutes of your day to remember the history and importance of the Pearl Harbor bombing.
